WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

For plants and products purchased from www.dirtbagsfromtx.com or directly from the Dirt Bag store, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. The 30 day period begins the day the plant or product is purchased.

Within those 30 days, you may submit a request for a full refund, product exchange, or Dirt Bag store credit of equivalent value that may be redeemable for any product on our website. 

If the item has been unreasonably tampered with, the original contents are not returned in full, or shows signs of excessive user misuse, we reserve the right to deny a return. 

HOW DO I BEGIN THE RETURNS PROCESS FOR ONLINE ORDERS IF I DON'T LIVE IN HOUSTON?

Please send an email to dirtbagsfromtx@gmail.com, with your order #, your name, photo and reason for return/exchange. We will then get back to you asap to inform you if your purchase is eligible for a refund/exchange. If approved, a refund/exchange will be issued. 

WHAT IF I BOUGHT MY ITEMS IN-STORE?

If your purchase was made directly from the Dirt Bag store, please visit the store in person and bring the plant or product with you with a copy of your receipt. No refunds/exchanges or store credits will be issued without proof of purchase and/or without the items present.
